We say freedom while talking about our freedom. We speak with words about other words, about other people. And don’t know how it feels. Over there, on the other side. We talk freely about freedom because we’re privileged to just do it. Like everyone takes it for granted. But it isn’t. Nuances of circumstance and past already have an effect on the direct counterpart. There is no such thing as equal freedom, because freedom is a metaphor. Freedom is a big word that has to be redefined every day. A word that must be individually acquired, defended and filled.
